Hand Drawn and Corded Recessed Tracks

The Silent Gliss 6243 is our best selling hand drawn recess track designed to be fitted into a channelled out ceiling recess.  Silent Gliss recommend this track is fixed to wooden battens / joists in your ceiling.  Please note that this track has been designed to be installed after the ceiling has been plastered and painted.  It can also be ordered as a double track which is ideal for layering a sheer / voile on the back track with a heavier curtain on the front track.

The Silent Gliss 6465 hand drawn track, suitable for lightweight curtains, and the Silent Gliss 6870 hand drawn track, suitable for medium to heavyweight curtains, can be ordered with Recess profiles for a ceiling recess fit.  For a corded operation, we would recommend the Silent Gliss 3870 ordered with the recess profile.

Bay Windows

All recessed profiles and the Blindspace Reese Recess profile can be bent for bay windows.

Motorised Curtain Tracks

A motorised curtain track offers convenience, increased security for your home and can also help with energy efficiency by controlling sunlight and heat.  Motorised curtain tracks can be supplied with a simple remote control or for use with an App, the Somfy Ta’Homa Switch offers an affordable, user friendly smart home automation option.  Alternatively, motorised tracks can be supplied with motors to integrate with home automation systems such as Control4 or Loxone.

The Blindspace Reese Recess profile has been designed to house the Silent Gliss 5100 Autoglide motorised tracks and Somfy motorised tracks for a polished finish to your interiors. In addition the Reese profile is also compatible with Lutron motorised tracks.

The Silent Gliss 5600 motorised track is available to order with its own recess profile to conceal the track.

Recessed Roller Blinds

Roller blinds are the most popular blind system for recess fitting.  Concealed roller blinds offer a sleek and modern look for your windows and disappear into your ceiling when not in use.

The Blindspace Blind Box profile is a popular choice to house the blinds.  The hidden space inside the wall or ceiling can be prepared for manual or electric blinds and accessed for blind installation when construction work is completed.

For large expanses of glazing and for blinds covering bi-fold and sliding doors shop our side by side roller blinds, which can be fitted inside Blindspace Blind Boxes.
