Laura Ashley Mitchell 28mm Wooden Curtain Pole
The Laura Ashley Mitchell is a 28mm wooden pole kit by Laura Ashley, crafted from ash wood and finished with tinted wood oil to enhance the natural beauty of the wood grain. This pole is available with and without rings, and has been specifically designed for use with 40mm eyelet curtains, adding warmth and style to your home decor. The Mitchell curtain pole is available in four wood finishes; Washed White, Washed Oak, Light Chestnut and Dark Chestnut to complement your interior design style.
Curtain Pole Contents
The Laura Ashley Mitchell curtain pole comes as a complete pole kit including pole(s), brackets, rings (if specified), finials and fixings with fitting instructions. Please note the fixings supplied are suitable for solid walls so if you are drilling into plasterboard walls we would recommend purchasing specific plasterboard fixings.
2 brackets are supplied with the 150cm pole, and 3 brackets are supplied with the 300cm pole. The 300cm pole comes in 2 pieces with a joining screw. The centre bracket will support the join. If rings are specified, 18 are supplied with the 150cm pole and 30 with the 300cm pole. Poles can be cut to size at home with a junior hacksaw, or for a small charge we can cut the poles to size for you. Additional rings can be purchased separately in packs of 6. The 150cm pole is supplied as a single pole with 2 brackets. The 300cm pole is supplied in 2 pieces with a joining screw and 3 brackets (a centre join to support the join).
We offer a cut to size service on the Laura Ashley curtain poles. If you would like the pole cutting down please specify the length in cm you would like the pole cutting to in the ‘cut to size service’ box. Please note the pole length excludes the finials. Please note poles over 180cm will be supplied in 2 pieces.

These curtain poles are suitable for all curtain heading types.
You will need rings if you opt for a pencil pleat, pinch pleat or other taped curtain heading style.
Rings are not required for eyelet curtains, tab top, tie or channel curtains.
Eyelet curtain recommendations: 40mm eyelets are ideal for 28mm poles and can be specified when ordering made to measure eyelet curtains.
Readymade eyelet curtains typically come with 40mm eyelets so go well with a 28mm pole.

Readymade curtains are only suitable for curtain poles up to 360cm. If you require curtains to fit a wider pole, or you have a drop longer than the standard readymade drops made to measures curtains are the perfect choice.

Once an order has been placed and processed our customer service team will be in touch via email to advise a dispatch date and send a tracking link if available. The lead-time information on all products is advised in the product description or product specification tabs on the product pages. If you’d like us to check stock or advise delivery timings for a specific product please give us a call on 01590 615775 and a member of the team will be delighted to help.
Whilst we will endeavour to fulfil our delivery promises once the goods leave our warehouse we do rely on 3rd parties to fulfil their obligations. We therefore recommend that a fitter or decorator isn’t booked until the goods are safely in your hands and have been checked for damage and any missing items. We cannot be held responsible for any fitter or decorator cancellations.

To reduce the likelihood of having to return a product, we do recommend paint sample pots, wallpaper and fabric swatches are ordered prior to ordering the full sized items.
