Free cut to size service:

If you would like a straight track cutting down please specify the length in cm you would like the track cutting to. The length boxes above are price bands so please ensure your cut to size request is shorter than the length specified. If this box is left blank we will supply the track at the standard lengths (options above). Please note if you are recess fitting the track (i.e. fitting the track in between 2 walls) we recommend you take 15mm off the total track length. We will make all bay window tracks to the measurements provided on the form (so please leave this box blank).

Please upload a diagram of your window that shows the measurements of all the sides and angles. A link to our form that you can use is in the product description. You can also download an angle measurer. If you don’t know the angles please provide cross diagonal measurements. Once we receive your order we will put your measurements into our software program and will be in touch if anything needs re-measuring. Please note this may add on a day or two to the leadtime but it is essential we do the double checks to make sure the tracks fit. Please get in touch if you need any advice on how to measure.

Silent Gliss System 1080 Curtain Track

A versatile hand operated white aluminium curtain track. Suitable for medium weight curtains.  For lengths over 6m you will need to order 2 tracks and a connecting bridge that you will find in accessories below. This track can be made to your exact length at no extra cost. Standard lengths (not cut to size) in white and silver are available on a next day delivery service.  Please note these are supplied with the universal 3630 brackets that can be ceiling or wall fixed.  All other colours and any cut to size / bay window tracks have a 3-4 working day lead-time. This track comes complete with gliders, brackets and fixings.

1080 Curtain Track for Bay Windows

The 1080 tracks can also be bent for a bay window. We do need to bend them for you as they can’t be bent by hand!  Please download our measurement form here for a bay or L shaped window. As standard this track doesn’t come with an overlap arm. Please add one to your basket (please see accessories below) if you would like the overlap arm.

Bracket Text: Universal wall or ceiling fix brackets are supplied with this track as standard. If you are ceiling fixing and prefer the ceiling fix 3603 bracket please pop a comment in the notes section at the checkout. Extra brackets can be ordered separately. Please see accessories below. No of brackets: This track comes with the recommended number of Silent Gliss brackets. The formula for working out the quantity of brackets is: (track length divided by 67) round it up to the nearest whole number and add one!

We offer free delivery on all orders over £97.50.  There is a £7.95 delivery charge on orders under this value.  Please refer to our delivery Ts and Cs for a full breakdown of our delivery charges.


The leadtimes vary depending on the product ordered.  Please refer to the Leadtime on the product specification tab for information on the particular product you are looking at.  If the product is available on  a ’Next working day’ service this applies to all orders received up to 6pm.  Please note there is a 4pm cut off for any Jones products.  Any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday for delivery to you on the Tuesday.

Please note the next working day service is subject to stock availability.  If there are any stock shortages we will notify you immediately and work with you to find a suitable solution to meet your requirements. If you don’t want delivery the next day please call us on 01590 615775 to place your order over the phone and we and we can set up delivery for your nominated day.

Whilst we will endeavour to fulfil our delivery promises once the goods leave our warehouse we do rely on 3rd parties to fulfil their obligations.  We therefore recommend that a fitter isn’t booked until the goods are safely in your hands and have been checked for damage and any missing items.  We cannot be held responsible for any fitter cancellations.

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase.  In the event that you are not and would like to return your goods we accept returns (except for made to measure products which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty) within 30 days of delivery.

There is an £18 collection charge to return curtain pole or curtain track orders. We appreciate this is a lot of money but this is what our couriers charge us. Curtain poles and tracks are classified as ‘oversized’ items and so they incur a premium for handling long parcels.

If you would like to return curtain pole accessories or curtain track spare parts these can be returned by Royal Mail or a carrier of your choice.  Please return smaller items to: The Home Of Interiors, The Design Hub, 41 Brookley Road, Brockenhurst, Hampshire, SO42 7RB.

To return and obtain a refund (excluding delivery costs) please email us at or give us a call us on 01590 615775. We will then contact you to organise the collection / return. Failure to notify us may result in no refund or an additional cost to forward your returned item/s to the correct address.

Any products you return will be at your own cost and the goods must be in the same condition which they were received.  The goods must be in their original packaging.  The goods are your responsibility until they reach us so please make sure any returned items are very well packaged to avoid damage while in transit. Please ensure the returns reference, which will have been emailed to you, is clearly marked on the outside of the parcel.  We recommend you use the outer packaging the goods were delivered in.

If on receipt of the goods we inspect them and conclude that they are not in the same condition they were sent out in we will not be able to provide a refund. We will notify you if this is the case.

The refund, minus the original delivery charge and minus the collection charge, is usually actioned within a week of the items being returned but it can take up to 30 days. The refund will be made back to the account that the original purchase was made from.
