Available in a 48mm diameter with a choice of six finial designs ranging from a simple End Cap, to Classic and Woven Rope Balls and intricately designed Rose, Scroll and Artichoke finials, the range echoes style and elegance. The collection beautifully captures the Laura Ashley style and is suited to both traditional and contemporary interior design styles.
Curtain Pole Contents
This 48mm curtain pole set comes complete with 2 Artichoke finials, pole(s), brackets and rings. 10 rings per metre are supplied as standard. Pole lengths exclude the finials. Poles up to and including the 240cm length are supplied in one piece. Poles over 240cm are supplied in 2 pieces with a double ended joining screw. 3 brackets are supplied on poles over 180cm.
Cut to Size Service
We offer a complementary cut to size service on this product so can cut the pole to your exact requirements. Please note the pole length requested will exclude the finials. Please see the finial tab for finial dimensions.
Accessories
Co-ordinating holdbacks and draw rods can be added to your order. These will be painted in the same colour as your pole set. A draw rod is useful for opening and closing your curtains without touching the fabric. They help to prolong the life of your curtains and are ideal for delicate and lightly coloured fabrics.

Eyelet Curtains
For a smoother draw, eyelet curtains are better suited to a metal curtain pole. This product isn’t suitable for eyelet curtains as the eyelets may damage the paint finish.

Curtain Heading Recommendations
These curtain poles are suitable for all curtain heading types, however for a smoother draw eyelet curtains are better suited to a metal curtain pole. This product isn’t suitable for eyelet curtains as the eyelets may damage the paint finish.

Made to Measure Curtains:
You may prefer made to measure curtains for your curtain pole. Shop our range of fabrics that can be made into beautiful curtains to fit your requirements, with a variety of curtain heading and lining options.

Readymade curtains are only suitable for curtain poles up to 360cm. If you require curtains to fit a wider pole, or you have a drop longer than the standard readymade drops made to measure curtains are the perfect choice.
Measuring Guide for a Curtain Pole:
Decide where the pole is to be positioned. This is usually above the window with the pole extending either side beyond the window.
Step 1: Measure the width of your window.
Step 2: The chart below provides guidance for making an allowance either side of your window for your curtain stack (shown as ‘B’ on the diagram above). This is particularly important if you want the curtains to clear the glazing when open. Please note the curtain heading, fabric thickness and lining specification will affect the width of the stack back. How much you would like the curtains to clear the window is down to personal preference. The chart below is however a good guide.
Step 3: Add the width of your window onto the B measurement (x2 for a pair of curtains) to give you a finished pole length (A).
Please note this is just a guide so we recommend choosing the pole length available within your preferred curtain pole range that best suits your requirements. All poles can be cut to size with a junior hacksaw. We offer a cut to size service on the Jones Handcrafted range.

Once an order has been placed and processed our customer service team will be in touch via email to advise a dispatch date and send a tracking link if available. The lead-time information on all products is advised in the product description or product specification tabs on the product pages. Whilst we will endeavour to fulfil our delivery promises once the goods leave our warehouse we do rely on 3rd parties to fulfil their obligations. We therefore recommend that a fitter or decorator isn’t booked until the goods are safely in your hands and have been checked for damage and any missing items. We cannot be held responsible for any fitter or decorator cancellations.

To reduce the likelihood of having to return a product, we do recommend paint sample pots, wallpaper and fabric swatches are ordered prior to ordering the full sized items.
