Jones Strand 35mm Acrylic Curtain Poles
The Jones Strand acrylic curtain poles create a contemporary look and it is a brand we highly recommend as it offers exceptional quality at fantastic prices with stylish finial designs. This pole can be cut to your exact size for a small charge. Please note these poles are not suitable for eyelet curtains and are only recommended for lightweight curtains. If you need this pole cutting to size we recommend Jones do this for you to ensure there is no damage done to the pole during cutting.
Curtain Pole Contents
This Jones Strand 35mm Acrylic Curtain Pole comes with pole(s), brackets (7cm, 11cm or ceiling fix), rings, and two Stone Ball Finials. Draw rods are a popular accessory as they enable you to open and close your curtains without touching them. The Jones holdbacks look very stylish used as a holdback or when used as a tieback hook with one of the Jones tiebacks.
Bracket Advice
The standard wall fix brackets are available with a 7cm or 11cm projection which is the measurement from the wall to the middle of the pole. The 11cm brackets are useful if you would like your pencil pleat or pinch pleat curtains to sit further away from the wall, which can be helpful if you have a radiator underneath the window or a deep windowsill. The 7cm brackets will reduce light ingress around the edges of the curtains and will help to retain more heat as the curtains will sit closer to the walls.
Ceiling fix brackets are also available. Extra brackets and rings are available in the Jones Strand range should you require these.

Curtain Heading Recommendations
These curtain poles are suitable for all curtain heading types that require rings such as a pencil pleat, pinch pleat or other taped curtain heading style.
For a smoother draw, eyelet curtains are better suited to a 28mm metal curtain pole.

Made to Measure Curtains:
You may prefer made to measure curtains for your curtain pole. Shop our range of fabrics that can be made into beautiful curtains to fit your requirements.
Readymade curtains are only suitable for curtain poles up to 360cm. If you require curtains to fit a wider pole, or you have a drop longer than the standard readymade drops made to measures curtains are the perfect choice.

Whilst we will endeavour to fulfil our delivery promises once the goods leave our warehouse we do rely on 3rd parties to fulfil their obligations. We therefore recommend that a fitter or decorator isn’t booked until the goods are safely in your hands and have been checked for damage and any missing items. We cannot be held responsible for any fitter or decorator cancellations.

To reduce the likelihood of having to return a product, we do recommend paint sample pots, wallpaper and fabric swatches are ordered prior to ordering the full sized items.
