Hallis Hudson Arc 25mm Made to Measure Metal Double Bay Curtain Pole with Disc Finials
The Hallis Hudson Arc bay poles are made to fit your window and are suitable for bay windows up to 5m. The poles are bent in the factory to a bend radius of 100mm and then powder coated to ensure a superior, untarnished finish. As the poles are bent to your requirements this enables a smooth draw around the corners. Poles can be manufactured up to 4 internal bends or 1 gradual curve, and up to 2 reverse bends per pole, for a perfect fit.
The double pole enables you to create a layered effect in a bay window. A voile / sheer curtain is popular for the back pole to give a light and airy feeling, with a heavier, lined curtain on the front pole. Alternatively you can use the back pole for an additional lining layer to help reduce drafts.
If you don’t require a double pole, a single bay pole option is also available.
The poles can be wall or ceiling fixed and passing brackets will be supplied to support the bends. Due to the quality and thickness of the high-grade steel pole, one passing bracket per side is usually sufficient, although we would recommend purchasing additional passing brackets if your curtains are on the heavy side. Where return bends are requested, an additional passing bracket is supplied for each reverse bend.
The bay poles are supplied with passing rings to allow the curtain to move freely along the pole. The rings are supplied at 10 per metre as standard. Extra rings can be selected when ordering the pole.
This bay pole comes with the discrete disc style finials on both poles. Ball, Hammered Disc and Stud style finials are also available.

China White, Lead, Linen, Mocha, Soft Black, Soft Silver and Warm Grey are flat, matt colours, whereas Bronze, Gunmetal and Soft Brass offer a metallic finish.
We can send out ring samples so you can see the colours before committing to a purchase. Please email any sample requests to sales@thehomeofinteriors.co.uk including your address! Please note the colour of the soft brass is darker than the pole image. We would recommend watching the video in the image gallery where the colours are shown that are more representative of the finished product.

The Home Of Interiors Measuring Advice:
Please download our measuring form here. There are 2 options of how to measure:
- Measure the walls / windows – if you measure along the walls / windows, our software will project for the brackets so the poles will fit your bay when the brackets are installed. For wall fixing, we will bring the poles forwards to allow for positioning of the wall fix brackets. If you are ceiling fixing the pole, please specify on the measuring form how far from the wall you would like the poles to be projected. Our standard is for the back pole to project 5cm away from the wall and for the front pole to project 15cm away. This will provide a gap in between the curtains so they don’t rub on each other. If you know the angles, we don’t need the cross diagonal measurements, however the measurement across the very front of the bay is useful to check the angles are correct. If you don’t know the angles, please advise the cross diagonal measurements as shown in the illustrations on the measuring form and our software will work out the angles.
- Measure exactly where you want the pole to be positioned. If you know exactly where you want the poles to be positioned, please supply the centre of pole measurements and we won’t make any deductions for the brackets. This is only recommended for ceiling fixing.
Pole length to select: please add up all sides of your bay and select up to 300cm, up to 400cm or up to 500cm length. Please select if your pole length includes or excludes the finials. Please see finial tab for finial dimensions.
Pole length includes finials Pole length excludes finials (this is the most popular option)
During the order process you will be able to select wall or ceiling brackets for the ends of the poles, centre of pole and passing brackets inside the bay and for the returns (if returns are specified). You can have a combination of both wall and ceiling fix brackets to suit your requirements.
You can also select additional passing brackets and extra rings. We also offer the coordinating holdback which complements the Arc curtain pole range beautifully.
