Firstly, we hope you and your families are staying safe during this time.

Our suppliers remain open working within the COVID workplace guidelines to keep employees safe and continuing to service our business so we can continue to service our customers.

Our online business is continuing to trade and with today’s technology we are servicing clients with their home interior projects via phone and email (photos and videos of rooms) and via FaceTime or What’sApp when required.  We are really enjoying helping our customers find suitable solutions for their window treatments, and also working with clients to pull the look together with curtains, cushions, blinds and other home decor products.

Delivery Updates

Curtain Tracks and Poles

Silent Gliss Tracks – we are currently able to supply all Silent Gliss tracks.  Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.  We will confirm delivery timings with you via email. Please get in touch if you need any help or advice with your purchase.

Due to the increased demand Cameron Fuller are taking 7-10 days to dispatch orders at the moment.  We will be in touch via email with a delivery update.

All other curtain poles and tracks: These are processing as normal and once an order has been placed we will be in touch via email with an approximate delivery date. We book a next day delivery service with the courier however we are finding that deliveries are taking slightly longer than normal at the moment so please allow up to 3 working days to receive your goods.  We are also finding that different sized packages are getting separated during the delivery process so the longer poles may arrive on a different day to the smaller fittings box.  If you haven’t received all your goods within 3 working days please get in touch and we can follow up with the courier.  We hope this doesn’t cause you any inconvenience and we are doing everything we can to get your goods to you as quickly as possible.

Paint – Little Greene

Unfortunately, Little Greene are no longer servicing paint orders on a direct dispatch to customers through their retail partners so we are unable to service your order at this time.  Any orders already placed will be serviced and delivered on the timescales advised in the email confirmation.  Please note due to current demand delivery can take up to 7 days.  We thank-you for your patience at this time.

We can have orders delivered to us (in Brockenhurst) for collection so please phone through your order details and we can process it over the phone.
